These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kosmic (also known as AstroGPT), a Vedic astrology platform operated by Azentiq.ai ("we", "us", "our"), available at azentiq.ai.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Kosmic provides:
- Vedic Astrology Reports: AI-generated birth chart analysis based on classical Vedic astrology texts (B.V. Raman methodology)
- Interactive Chat: Follow-up questions about your chart via AI-powered conversation
- Social Features: Friend connections, compatibility insights, and invite sharing
- Account Management: Secure account creation, report history, and purchase tracking
2. Entertainment Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Kosmic (AstroGPT) is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
- Astrological interpretations are AI-generated and should not be considered professional advice
- Do not use our service as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
- Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions
- We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of astrological readings
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (name, email, password)
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately at contact@azentiq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Purchases and Payments
4.1 Pricing
Reports are available on a per-purchase basis. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect previously completed purchases.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Reports are delivered instantly upon payment. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us within 7 days for a resolution or refund.
5. Chat Credits
- Each report purchase includes a set number of chat follow-up messages
- Additional chat credits may be purchased separately
- Unused credits do not expire while your account is active
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute report content for commercial purposes
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or trials
- Submit false birth data to generate reports for harassment or harm
- Use the chat feature to attempt prompt injection or extract system instructions
- Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the service
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All software, algorithms, design, branding, and content on the platform are owned by Azentiq.ai. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
7.2 Your Reports
Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own report with others but may not resell or commercially distribute generated content.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZENTIQ.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ASTROLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. THE SERVICE MAY EXPERIENCE DOWNTIME, ESPECIALLY ON FREE-TIER HOSTING DURING COLD STARTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZENTIQ.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
10. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time by emailing contact@azentiq.ai
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or as required by law
- Effect: Upon termination, your access ceases. Previously purchased reports remain associated with your account data for 30 days, after which we may delete them
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or appropriate court jurisdiction.
